Joe Albright of Jersey Journal wonders aloud whether Senate President Dick Codey is “running out the clock” on legislation that would move school board elections from April to November. Codey has scheduled only two voting sessions, February 23d and March 16th.

The New Jersey Education Association consistently opposes November elections. The union’s critics claim the union and its allies exert undue influence on the outcome of the elections in April.
