Andrew Cuomo just proposed legislation that “virtually replicates” legislation pushed through by Gov. Christie. Both limit superintendent pay to $125K in small districts and $175K in large districts. In NJ our largest 16 districts are excluded from the cap. In NY New York City Public Schools is excluded from the cap.
