The Star-Ledger is reporting that NJ’s erstwhile Commissioner of Education, Bret Schundler, is one of nine candidates under review by Florida Governor Rick Scott. Schundler was fired by Gov. Christie after becoming enmeshed in the union politics of Race To The Top while trying to salvage our application for the federal education competition. Who says you get any thanks for trying to be a hero? Anyway, it can’t be any hotter down there than it is here.
