That’s Richard Bozza, head of the New Jersey Association of School Administrators, on NJ’s new anti-harrassment, intimidation, and bullying legislation, in yesterday’s New York Times. Bozza continues, “Now we have to police the community 24 hours a day. Where are the people and the resources to do this?”

According to the legislation people and resources must be found within current employees and budgets, in spite of 18 pages of “required components.”
