According to the latest tally from New Jersey School Boards Association, 401 school districts, out of the 538 who are eligible, have passed resolutions that move board member elections to November. In doing so, their budgets no longer go before voters unless it strays above the 2% cap.

The number may go higher; the deadline for passing resolutions is 5 pm today.
