Catholic Partnership Schools is holding a 2013 Education Summit at Burlington County College in Mt. Laurel on March 13th. The event is described as “a premier gathering of academics, educators, social workers, early education specialists and others for a daylong exploration of the long-term physiological and neurological impact of poverty and trauma on children’s ability to learn.” Keynoter will be Paul Tough, author of “How Children Succeed: Grit, Curiosity, and the Hidden Power of Character.” Registration is here.
