BREAKING: Murphy Will Prioritize Teachers and Support Staff for COVID Vaccines

This morning, on the MSNBC program “Morning Joe,” Gov. Phil Murphy announced that, beginning in two weeks, pre-kindergarten-12th grade teachers and support staff will be prioritized for the COVID-19 vaccine.

According to Advance Media, the Governor said, “We’re phasing it in over a couple of weeks because we already have a supply-demand imbalance,” adding that other essential workers are expected to be added to the eligibility list by the end of March. He will provide more details during his 1:00 press conference today.
